Approach
Integrative, drawing on evidence-based tools:
- CBT - cognitive behavioural therapy.
- ACT - acceptance and commitment therapy.
- SFT - schema-focused therapy.
- MBSR - mindfulness-based stress reduction.
How it works
50-minute sessions, weekly or fortnightly to start. The first session is a consultation - together we agree on goals and a working plan.
