Anna is a qualified psychologist specialising in work with children (0–10) and adults. She holds an MSc in Psychology (practical profile) from SWPS University in Warsaw and is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (M11489).
She has worked since her studies in therapeutic clinics for children and in corporate settings with adults. With children, her focus is early developmental assessment and intervention, and the training of emotional and social skills. With adults she works on psychological skills for managing stress and burnout, mood disorders and depression, on self-destructive beliefs, and on life crises.
